Phil brings extensive experience in the lighting & electronics manufacturing industry, both within Australia, and internationally. He has strengths in Product Development, Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. Phil spent over six years working for Tier 1 Automotive supplier, Motherson, in a number of roles including Lighting Design Engineer, Quality & Improvements Manager, and Commercial Manager.
Phil completed a graduate Quality and Assembly Engineering program at General Motors Holden at Elizabeth, Adelaide, and holds Bachelors Degrees in both Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering and in Mathematics & Computer Science.
